Processing Time

The processing time is 10-15 days for Prom, Evening, Homecoming & Special Occasion Dresses, and 12-17 days for Wedding Dresses.

If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together. Therefore, the total processing/tailoring time will depend on the product with the longest processing/tailoring time.

Shipping Time & Cost

It takes about 5-8 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.

We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched, containing details on how to track your order online.

We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the delivery address or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please note that expedited shipping may incur a remote area fee due to your location. Our customer service team will notify you via the email associated with your order.
